EEG Spectrum International, Inc. conducts research and provides training in Neurofeedback, a remarkable, powerful new version of biofeedback utilizing direct interaction with the brain. This large site (actually three sites in one) was developed on their own instance of the Datasite software, along with some custom programming. It includes two password-protected sites and a password-protected listserver/web-based forum consisting of two Open Source programs custom programmed by Netcera to work together. Netcera provides all webmastering and maintenance not covered by the ESI staff. The design is by David Morgan, a Netcera design affiliate.

EEG Spectrum International recently realized that its former website sorely needed updating.  We chose Netcera to take an original design provided by David Smith and turn it into a reality that would be user-friendly to both our staff (who need to regularly update listings) and to the many individuals who visit the website…I feel that Netcera has been able to accomplish both of the goals we set for it. Sam McClellan and his associates have given us a website that allows selective access by staff that makes it easy for us to keep things current, one that is infinitely flexible yet highly responsive. Throughout the process, I have been delighted with the way that Sam has been available to us to answer questions and make the necessary changes as our design evolved. Speaking personally, I would strongly recommend Netcera to anyone seeking web-related services.

I have to say that in my 5+ years in the sales and marketing industry I have never experienced a more user friendly website.

In other companies I have worked for, making changes and updates to the website was normally a time consuming task.

1. The only person who could update the site was the web master and that person was usually extremely busy with advances to the website and fulfilling other requests.

2. It would usually be the interpretation of the webmaster as to what actually made it to the website, which is very frustrating.

The EEGSpectrum.com website is different. It is easily updated with specials, events and news instantaneously! I can simply update the information myself or have another member of the staff do it. We have gotten so many wonderful comments on our new websites and of course we take full credit for it. But we know that it was your design that has made this possible. Thanks so much!

Espresso Jazz is a wonderful jazz duo/trio/quartet that performs around New England. They manage their website themselves, with as-needed support from Netcera.

When we realized the need for a web site in our music related business we looked around at what was offered by various web services in our area. It wasn't long before we could see that what was available did not fit our specific needs. Ours is a business in a constant state of change and those who offered a set fee for monthly updates just would not do. Day to day we are adding and deleting from our calendar, changing the mix and in other ways keeping it fresh and alive. We had no desire for a static sandwich board hanging in cyberspace!

Totally confused by the "do it yourself" software on the market, we were about to quit the entire project when a wise friend suggested we see Sam McClellan of Netcera. This was the best tip we ever received! Sam took us from a handful of ideas to a perfect solution for our unique business needs. With our input he designed a site which is  flexible, easy to use and extremely affordable. From the beginning Sam was always there guiding us to the point where we were able to take over the web site tasks ourselves. The software involved is logical, concise and requires a minimal amount of HTML knowledge. If a question should arise the answer is just an e-mail away. The answer is always prompt and very concise. Software is regularly updated with wonderful new features that enhance and easily segue from the previous version. Rae Tattenbaum provides Peak Performance training for performers, athletes, and professionals. David Smith designed the original two-page site and Flash animation, which was developed into a multi-page site by Netcera, expanding on the existing design. Recently, the site has had a complete makeover with design by Magdalena Lates, setup and management by Netcera. The following comment was posted on the EEG Spectrum listserver to all EEG affiliates, and is used with permission.

When I saw the new ESI [www.eegspectrum.com, above] site I immediately contacted Netcera. While I was happy with my site I needed a webmaster to update and make it a living entity rather than static. The school recently contracted with Netcera for a complete site redesign, which was accomplished far faster and at far less expense because all content was already in the Datasite. SBMC manages their site themselves, with as-needed support from Netcera.
